Our Story

A neighborhood bakery with one delicious obsession.

Cheesecakes Galore began with a love of baking and a belief that a great cheesecake can make any day better.

Founder Letitia Ellington — a Willingboro resident who worked as a real estate agent and a CPR instructor — turned a lifelong passion for baking into a brick-and-mortar shop, opening Cheesecakes Galore with her husband in 2022 at The Shops of Burlington.

Everything is baked and served right on the premises. The menu started with a handful of flavors and keeps growing — there are up to fifteen now — with special flavors that rotate through the week. Cheesecakes come whole or by the slice, and some are even available gluten-free.
